ERP performance depends on infrastructure capacity, not user count. We price based on CPU and memory so you can scale users freely without license penalties.

Are users really unlimited in all plans?

Yes. All plans include unlimited users. Fair usage applies to prevent abuse, but there are no per-user fees.

What exactly is included in the ERP subscription?

The subscription includes the ERP platform, hosting infrastructure, isolated production database, custom domain with SSL, automated backups, monitoring, and security patches.

What is NOT included in the subscription?
